6. HEALTH CERTIFICATE

Every participant shall take part in the competition at his/her own risk. We recommend runners to take a preventive medical examination up to 30 days before the competition and obtain a doctor's confirmation that they are healthy and endeavor ready. During the competition, all the competitors must submit to medical instructions of the members of the medical service in the field, including a request for withdrawal from further competition if necessary.

7. FEE

Entry fee is 10 € per trio team and must be paid till 17 April 2026.

8. GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

• Standard rules and conditions of WA (World athletics), AZS (Athletic Federation of Slovenia) and this call shall apply.
• The trio team must run the whole course (from start to finish) together. Help can be provided only by and only to members of the SAME trio team. Incomplete trio teams will be disqualified.
• Teams recover the expenses of participation themselves. The organization costs are covered by the Municipality of Ljubljana.
• You can pick up your race numbers and the chips on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th May from 13.00 to 19.00 and on Saturday 9th May between 7.00 and 9.30 at the Trg republike.
• Start for a three member team run races at 12.5 km and 20 km will be at Stritarjeva ulica, finish will be at Kongresni trg. Routes of 12.5 km and 20 km remain the same.
• There will be wardrobes available in tent at Trg republike. You will be able to leave your clothes in special bag with your race number on it. After the race, you will be able to pick up your clothes only with your race number. Showers will available be at Tivoli (swimming pool), Celovška cesta 25 from 7 am to 1 pm. You will be able to enter into the wardrobes only with your race number. The organizer does not take the responsibility for the clothes left in the wardrobes.
• Proclamation and awards to the first three teams in the absolute category will be held at 11.30 a.m. at Kongresni trg, so the teams must wait in a special place for the announcement. All the teams will receive a commemorative T-shirts of “68. Pot ob žici 2026”.
• Unofficial results will be posted on the notice board at Kongresni trg square. Official results will be available immediately after the contest on our website.
• The Complaints Commission will be open on the day of the competition at the Kongresni trg square between 9.30 AM and 1 PM. The Complaints Commission will accept written complaints only, with the deposit of 40 EUR which will be withheld in case the appeal is rejected. A written complaint must be filed within 30 minutes of the official publication of the results. All decision of the Appeal Committee are final and not subject to further appeal or review.
